Access
Accessibilitystatement
What the website does to stay usable for everyone, and what is not yet known about getting into the building.
DraftWebsite practice below is a design aim, not an audited conformance claim. Physical access to the restaurant is unconfirmed and is not described.
This website
The site is built to be usable by everyone: readable text with strong contrast, a visible focus ring on every link and control, headings in order, alternative text on photographs, forms that can be completed with a keyboard alone, and content that reads without JavaScript or animation.
It aims at WCAG 2.2 level AA. It has not yet been independently audited, so this is a design intention rather than a certified claim. Known limits and fixes will be recorded here.
Motion
Movement on the site is limited to short fades and the changes that follow your own actions, such as opening a menu or a photograph. If your device asks for reduced motion, transitions are turned off.
Photographs
Every photograph carries a text description. In this preview the pictures are stand-ins and are described as what they show, not as the restaurant.
Getting into the restaurant
To be confirmed
Whether the entrance is step-free, how wide the doorway is, whether the terrace is at street level, and whether an accessible toilet is available are all being confirmed with the restaurant. They will be stated plainly here, and on the reservations page, rather than guessed.
Tell us
If something on this site is hard to use, or you need to know about access before you visit, the restaurant would rather hear from you directly. Telephone or email, whichever suits you:
