The restaurant comes back to you to check the space, the timing and the menu.
Agree the menu
A set menu for the table, built around what the boats bring that week.
Confirm
Terms and any deposit are confirmed in writing before the date.

Seated and standing numbers are being confirmed with the restaurant and are not published until they are.
